1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Patriots Credit Services (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including our website https://patriotscreditservices.com, and purchasing any services (credit analysis, credit repair, or membership), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Membership & Payment Terms
2.1 Pricing & Payment Structure
Detailed Credit Analysis ($39.99) – One-time fee, non-refundable once delivered.
Credit Repair Services (No upfront fees before services are fully performed):
$349 Initial Setup Fee – Charged after work has begun, per CROA & TSR regulations.
$50 per deletion per credit bureau – Only charged after successful removals (invoice & payment plan available).
Membership Fees (if applicable) – Recurring payments billed monthly or annually via Stripe, PayPal, or Authorize.net.
Failed Payments – If a membership or deletion fee payment fails, access to services will be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid.
2.2 No Upfront Fees for Credit Repair (CROA & TSR Compliance)
We do not charge for credit repair services upfront.
The $349 Initial Fee is charged only after work has begun.
The $50 per deletion fee is charged only after successful deletions and will be invoiced according to the agreed-upon payment plan.
3. Credit Repair Disclaimer (CROA & FCRA Compliance)
We do not guarantee specific credit score improvements.
We cannot remove accurate and verifiable negative items from your credit report.
All disputes follow FCRA & FDCPA guidelines and are subject to credit bureau verification.
4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
❌ Provide false or misleading credit information.
❌ Share or distribute member-only resources without authorization.
❌ Attempt to access unauthorized areas of our website.
❌ Misuse or abuse the dispute process to submit false claims.
5. Right to Cancel & Refund Policy (CROA Compliance)
5.1 Right to Cancel Credit Repair Services
You may cancel any credit repair service within 3 business days of signing the contract without penalty.

5.2 Refund Policy
Credit Analysis ($39.99) – No Refunds (once the report is delivered).
Credit Repair ($349 Initial Fee) – Refundable if canceled within 3 business days and/or if no deletions occur within 3 dispute rounds due to our provided services.
$50 per deletion fees are non-refundable once a negative item has been removed from the credit report.
Membership Subscriptions – No partial refunds. Memberships are active until the end of the billing cycle.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on our services.
We are not responsible for any actions taken by credit bureaus, creditors, or lenders regarding your credit report.
7. Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Illinois.
